Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Workflow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. Accounts and roles
- A business owner creates a company workspace and may add staff and admins. The owner is responsible for who they invite and the work they assign.
- Staff join using their email, an owner-issued setup code, and a password they set. Setup codes are confidential and may expire or be reset by the owner.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Workflow for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to access another company's workspace or data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to break the security of the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, attachments, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service for your company. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload, including any photos or documents attached to tasks.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Workflow available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.
6. Voice and notifications
Spoken task entry is transcribed and translated to text for your review; raw audio is not stored (see the Privacy Policy). Reminders and alerts depend on device and network conditions outside our control, so you should not rely on notifications as the sole means of meeting time-critical obligations.
7. Fees
Where a paid plan applies, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be presented at sign-up or in a separate order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
8. Termination
You may stop using Workflow at any time. An owner may disable or remove staff and may archive or delete the company workspace, subject to the safeguards in the product. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use Workflow ends and associated data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workflow is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account owners of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
